Duties will include machine operation and general manufacturing duties. This position involves cutting wire and attaching clips. The clips include several types such as circuit board clips, computers clips, wire harness, etc. The Machine Operator will be required to set up parameters and programs on the machine for different job orders. The Machine Operator will identify and locate appropriate wire, clips, and clip press tool. Must be familiar with smart device such as tablet, computer, etc., as candidate will use a screen located on the machine. This job requires attention to detail and includes inspection of the wires and visually confirming the correct cut was made. The machine cuts the wire, adds the connection, and drops the inspected product into a tray. The candidate will inspect these wires and make appropriate adjustments accordingly. English is required and the successful candidate must be able to read and interpret instructions 1st Shift, Monday through Thursday, 7am to 4:30pm, Friday 7am to 11am. Starting pay is $17.00 or 18.00/per hour, depending on experience. This is a temp to hire position.Requirements:
- 2+ years recent/verifiable machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to use a tablet to make adjustments to the machine.
- Must be able to stand for extended period.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds on a repetitive basis.
