Des Moines, IA Job Details 20 hours ago Qualifications Shop math Full Job Description Job Summary Operate the manufacturing machines including, but not limited to, the countertop, computer numerical control (CNC), and press machines. Supervisory Responsibilities None Essential Functions Use various machines to produce and assemble projects. Report any defective materials or questionable conditions to the Manager. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and safely. Follow all prescribed safety regulations. Required Skills/Abilities Knowledge of tooling materials Ability to make minor repairs a plus Good mathematical skills Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalency preferred. Previous woodworking experience preferred. Physical Requirements This position will regularly require the ability to sit, stand for long periods of time, bend, reach and lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
