Temp-To-Hire Job Summary:
The Drill Press Operator is responsible for the loading, positioning, holding, and unloading of small crank components into a drill press in a high-speed production environment. This role requires consistent focus and attention to detail to ensure all parts are properly aligned and meet established quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
Load, secure, and unload small crank components into the drill press Operate equipment in a fast-paced environment with an expected cycle time of approximately 2-3 seconds per part Maintain consistent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of finished parts Verify proper alignment and positioning of components during operation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines Communicate any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors in a timely manner
Qualifications:
