5:00am-3:30pm (Mon-Thurs) Launch your manufacturing career with a hands-on, entry-level role where you will build and test high-quality hydraulic cylinders. We provide complete training on equipment operation and safety protocols, requiring only your strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire located in Hampton, IA. Assembly Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Properly cleaning the outside of the CNC Machine with soap, water, and bleach
• Assembles hydraulic cylinders to blueprint specifications for all product lines.
• Following specific instructions for the testing of cylinders in all product lines.
• Ability to read precision measuring equipment.
• Maintaining all equipment and products utilized to ensure proper application.
• Operates electric hoist or forklift to assist in loading or moving materials and products. (after company training).
• Ensuring all proper PPE and safety guidelines are being followed.

Assembly Requirements:

• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs.
• Ability to bend, twist, stand, or kneel throughout an 8-10-hour shift.
• Ability to communicate with team members by reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time.
