Loparex LLC , a global leader in release liner manufacturing, is seeking dedicated and driven individuals to join our Iowa City team as Machine Operators . If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding career with a stable and growing company, this is your opportunity! As a Machine Operator, you'll play a vital role in our production process. You'll be responsible for operating and monitoring our state-of-the-art machinery, ensuring quality and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery. Monitor product quality and make necessary adjustments. Utilize computer systems for data entry and reporting. Lead and support production associates. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to strict safety protocols.
We're Looking For:
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems. Ability to read, write, and follow instructions. Previous machine operating experience preferred. Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. A strong commitment to safety and quality. Reliable attendance.
Shift Details:
12-hour rotating night shifts (7PM-7AM). Rotating schedule, including every other weekend, or rotating day off. Why Join Loparex?

Starting at $22.00/hour + 6%
