Job Description
Responsibility:
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Proficiently operate assembly equipment lines including gel, Cap Assembly and Holder.
Achieve and maintain target Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Perform basic troubleshooting and clear machine faults.
Perform IPC testing, and notify Set-up if adjustments are required Complete all required documentation, ensuring adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Monitor production performance throughout the shift to ensure goals are met.
Perform basic math functions and collect, record, and analyze production and quality data.
Train Employees
Understand and utilize Z-Point Computer Software.
Raise any manufacturing or equipment issues to supervision or designee promptly to minimize scrap and downtime.
Maintain thorough documentation and understanding of Device History Records (DHR), Production Orders, and Material Lists.
Ensure components are replenished Follow cGMP guidelines at all times.
Complete cleaning of equipment and work area as scheduled
Collaborate with Technical staff for improvements and participate in periodic equipment maintenance.

High school diploma or GED
Prior manufacturing experience Attention to detail Basic math skills Good communication skills Basic understanding of computer systems
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours
