Job Description
Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Second Shift Production team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of Pipe Fittings, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Duties Operate various hand tools and power tools to assemble components efficiently. Fabricate parts and products according to specifications and quality standards. Work on the assembly line in various positions, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining accuracy. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and products to ensure they meet safety and quality guidelines. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production processes. Safely operate forklifts for material handling within the warehouse or factory setting. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in a manufacturing facility preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques. Ability to operate forklifts safely, with certification being a plus. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork within a production environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
