About Mesa:

Job Summary:
The Crate Shop Crew will assist in all aspects of crate production and packaging materials within our moving and storage operations.
Responsibilities:
Create crates based on company standards and customer requirements Prepare and package various commercial and consumer products for storage Determines appropriate storage and location of property and equipment considering weight limits and required space Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent job-related experience Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred, but not required Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Effective communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
Regularly lift 40+ pounds The ability to stay on your feet for 4+ hours at a time Able to crouch, twist, and reach overhead Mesa Moving and Storage is an equal opportunity employer
