Packaging Operator (Entry Level) - Days and Night Shifts High Desert Milk - Burley, ID High Desert Milk is hiring entry-level Packaging Operators to join our powder, butter and cream cheese department. You'll help oversee automated packaging systems in a clean, sanitary, and safety-focused environment.

Shifts:

Nights & Days:

6 PM - 6 AM/6AM - 6PM 2-2-3 schedule (Panama shift style)

What We're Looking For:

Dependable, consistent, and positive attitude Team-oriented and eager to learn Reliable attendance and punctuality Comfortable with physical work — standing/walking 12-hour shifts and lifting up to 55 lbs Willing to clean workstations and equipment — everyone cleans at HDM Teamwork and professionalism matter

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Forklift certification (training provided)

Pay & Benefits:
