  • Start Immediately | Weekly Pay | Consistent Hours KIT Custom HomeBuilders is actively hiring Saw Operators / Material Processors to join our Mill Department . This is a full-time, year-round position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with consistent hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement. What You'll Do
  • Operate saw equipment including table saws, upcut saws, and panel saws Measure, cut, and process wood materials according to specifications Assist with material handling and preparation for production Ensure accurate cuts and maintain quality standards Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized Follow all safety procedures when operating machinery Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For • Previous saw, woodworking, or production experience preferred (will train the right candidate) Experience with table saws or similar equipment is a plus Ability to read measurements and use measuring tools accurately Strong attention to detail and safety Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Additional Requirements • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
regularly Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to work safely around machinery and cutting equipment Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality Must follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements Schedule

  • Friday Week 1 (Training): 7:00 AM
  • 3:30
PM After Training:
7:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM Overtime available (paid at 1.5x) Occasional Saturdays based on production needs Pay & Benefits
  • Starting at $24.00+/hr. DOE Weekly pay (Fridays
