$16 to $17/hr starting, with opportunities to earn more based on performance Were hiring seasonal crew members to install tents and event equipment for weddings, festivals, and corporate events across Idaho. This is physical, team-based outdoor work not a desk job. What You Will Do Set up and take down tents, flooring, and event equipment Load/unload trucks Work outdoors with a crew Travel to job sites (Treasure Valley + McCall, Sun Valley, Twin Falls, etc.) Schedule Typical start time: 8:00am Some earlier days depending on the job Long, active workdays during peak season You Are a Good Fit If You Show up on time, every time Like physical work and staying active Work well with a team Dont mind long days or occasional travel Requirements Lift 75+ lbs repeatedly Work outdoors in summer conditions Valid drivers license (some roles drive) Reliable transportation Weekend availability Growth Opportunities Strong performers can quickly move into: Driver roles Crew lead positions Returning seasonal roles Increased responsibility comes with higher pay. This is a full-time, seasonal position that will run from April 27th through October 31st.
