$18.00 per hour
Schedule :
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (some overtime may be required) Gem State Staffing-Nampa is currently hiring Entry-Level Assembly Associates for a local manufacturing facility in Nampa. This position is ideal for dependable individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a production environment. Associates will work at individual stations pre-assembling nuts and bolts to prepare materials for the next stage of the assembly process. This is a repetitive but important role that helps keep production running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Pre-thread nuts and bolts together for production assembly. Work at an individual station while maintaining speed and accuracy. Prepare parts for the next stage of the manufacturing process. Inspect materials for visible defects or damage before assembly. Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe. Follow production instructions and meet daily output goals. Assist with additional warehouse or production duties as needed. Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently and accurately. Reliable transportation to the Nampa location. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous assembly or warehouse experience is helpful but not required. Must be able to work overtime when needed. What We Offer Starting wage of $18.00/hour. Weekly payroll schedule, every Friday for last week's hours. Opportunity for overtime.
