Job Description
8118 A22 BRAKES - Machine Operator - 3rd Shift Grain & Protein Technologies/GSI Assumption is seeking a talented, passionate, and highly motivated Machine Operator to join our Fab Department. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining fabrication machinery to produce high-quality parts with precision, ensuring all specifications and quality standards are met. Your Impact
- Follow all required safety procedures and work instructions.
- Set up, adjust, program, calibrate, and perform preventative maintenance on fabrication machines.
- Produce parts to specification based on job orders while maintaining efficiency.
- Perform quality checks and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
- Adhere to Lean Manufacturing and Quality Management systems.
- Other duties as assigned. Your Experience & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of manual and CNC machine operation preferred.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously.

Hourly Pay Range:
$22.62 - $27.98 + Shift differential for off shift- Health, dental, and vision plans
