The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, experience with factory operations, and proficiency with various tools and equipment. This paid position is essential for maintaining smooth production workflows and supporting the overall success of our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely to transport materials within the warehouse and manufacturing areas Assist in the assembly of products using hand tools and power tools, following established procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory workspace to ensure safety and efficiency Support the setup and breakdown of assembly lines, ensuring smooth transitions between production stages Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools, reporting any issues promptly Handle inventory management tasks, including stocking, sorting, and tracking materials Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with workplace regulations Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards Qualifications Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment is highly preferred Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with manufacturing equipment is advantageous Experience with assembly lines, hand tools, and power tools required Warehouse experience is a plus for managing materials efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and commitment to safety standards Join our team today to be part of a vibrant manufacturing operation where your skills contribute directly to product quality and operational excellence.
