Setting up jobs , pocket folders , auto bottoms, Envelopes and Sleeves . Finishing experience We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in a manufacturing environment. This role requires precision and attention to detail, as you will be working with advanced machinery and tools to produce high-quality products. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to verify product specifications. Program and set up machines, including Fanuc-controlled equipment, for production runs. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files, including SolidWorks designs, to ensure accurate production. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times. Assist in the welding processes as needed, ensuring quality standards are met. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation is preferred. Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a factory setting. Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Familiarity with programming CNC machines, particularly Fanuc systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
