Full Job Description Position Summary:
Partner with Supervisor to make our customers successful by embracing AJAs Vision. Under general direction of Supervisor is responsible for efficient processing of service parts and controls orders per specifications abiding by standard operating procedures.
Essential Role Responsibilities:
Performs kit assembly by reviewing BOMs and assembling to documentation. Responsible for inventory transactions throughout department. Picks, packs, and processes orders per customer requests. Maintains shelf inventory with kit sub-assemblies and parts by replenishing from various staging locations. Ensures quality and production standards are maintained. Maintains clean and functional work stations, troubleshoots equipment as necessary, and adheres to safety policies and procedures. Reports concerns, issues and shortages to appropriate Supervisor. Performs other related duties as assigned by department Supervisor. Strong organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills Must be self-motivated, a team player with the ability to work in multi-task environment Ability to differentiate colors, make decisions, work independently, and use basic hand tools Knowledge of production/quality standards, and assembly procedures/processes (Preferred) Must be able to operate forklift and order picker (as necessary)
Essential Education & Experience:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent Foodservice manufacturing industry (Preferred) 1-2 years assembly experience of electro-mechanical products Forklift Certification (Preferred) Hours of Operation for this Summer Help Position will be Monday thru Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (A - Shift)

Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for up to 6-8 hours at time Must be able to lift/push/pull/carry up to 40 pounds Work conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment Work environment requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: eye safety goggles, steel toe shoes/boots, and hearing protections
