Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Machine Operator and become a vital part of producing high-quality products efficiently and safely. In this role, you will operate, monitor, and maintain a variety of manufacturing equipment, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to streamlining production processes, optimizing machine performance, and maintaining top-tier quality throughout the manufacturing facility. Duties Set up and operate various manufacturing machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CNC programming tools. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Program and troubleshoot CNC equipment using CAM programming software; adjust parameters for optimal performance. Conduct routine inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensional accuracy. Perform materials handling tasks with forklifts and other hand tools to ensure smooth workflow on the assembly line and in the warehouse. Maintain detailed records of machine operation, quality control checks, and production logs for continuous improvement. Assist in fabrication, tooling setup, welding, and assembly processes to support overall manufacturing efficiency. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience operating machining tools like CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, press brake machines, and fabrication equipment. Ability to read blueprints accurately and apply GD&T principles for precise manufacturing outcomes. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers for quality assurance. Experience with factory operations including materials handling with forklifts and warehouse procedures. Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting machine issues. Knowledge of quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications; familiarity with welding is a plus. Hands-on experience working in manufacturing facilities or factory environments; familiarity with tooling setup and assembly line processes is desirable.
