What You'll Be Doing:
Operate, adjust, and maintain machinery for optimal performance Set up and change over equipment as needed Perform routine quality checks to ensure product consistency Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines Assist with sanitation and product sampling
What We're Looking For:
Mechanically inclined - comfortable working with tools Experience operating machinery is a plus, but not required Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed Dependable, punctual, and a great team player Able to commute to Crest Hill, IL reliably
