Your expertise will help streamline production processes, maintain quality control, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Prepare casting materials and set up workstations. Ensure equipment runs efficiently while producing high-quality products. Maintain smooth process flow and identify/correct potential hazards. Assist the Casting Lead in supervising molding on assigned lines. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) , safety, and food safety standards at all times Basic computer skills, self-motivation, sound judgment, punctuality, reliability, organizational and communication abilities. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent English communication skills; bilingual speaker a plus. Operators work in a team-oriented environment, supporting production goals and quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC milling machines. Minimum 1 experience Ability to work with hand tools, basic math skills for measurements and calculations, and understanding of quality control procedures. Knowledge of fabrication processes including welding, tooling setup, assembly line operations, and materials handling. Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
