Job Description
We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our precision molding team. In this role, you will produce and inspect small, high-precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in detail-focused production settings. Key Responsibilities
- Operate molding machines to produce high-precision components
- Trim and de-gate parts using fine hand tools
- Inspect parts using magnification tools and microscopes
- Identify and report defects or irregularities
- Package finished components to specification
- Complete basic production and quality documentation Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to maintain consistent production pace and quality standards
- Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-focused tasks
- Basic math skills
- Positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must complete a background check
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder) Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Climate-controlled, air-conditioned facility
- Primarily standing or sitting during shift
- Frequent handling of small components
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
