Job Description

End-of-Line Packaging Operator — Elgin, IL Imagine wrapping up each product with precision right where manufacturing finishes. That's your focus as an End-of-Line Packaging Operator in Elgin, IL—keeping quality high and orders moving. If a fast pace motivates you and you like the rhythm of longer shifts only a few days each week, you'll feel right at home here. A day in this role Your shift begins with a quick team huddle and a review of packing goals. As items reach the end of the manufacturing line, you carefully pack them to exact specifications, check for any defects, and keep your station spotless so the team stays efficient. You collaborate with coworkers to hit daily targets and you follow safety practices every step of the way. Shift options 6:00am to 6:00pm (paid lunches) 6:00pm to 6:00am (paid lunches) 2-2-3 rotation (work 2 days; off 2 days; work 3 days) — 12-hour shifts mean you work only 3 or 4 days per week What you'll do Pack products accurately according to quality and labeling standards. Inspect each item for defects before sealing. Keep your workspace clean and organized to maximize throughput. Work closely with teammates to meet daily packing goals. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times. What you bring Reliable, diligent work habits—able to perform independently when needed. Men & Women are welcome to apply. English communication skills are a plus. Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset. Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
