Enter data into Excel and use databases for inventory tracking and data entry Verify incoming staged materials from the stockroom and ensure counts match WIP (work-in-progress) Job Ticket Notify and request materials from stockroom or other locations in case of shortages for WIP or production line Collect, exchange, and drop off nonconforming materials in correct quantities at designated locations Prepare and process orders in readiness for production line assembly Stage WIP carts according to value stream guidelines at the end of each shift, ensuring all orders are prepared for the incoming shift Meet value stream line needs for parts and remain accessible so line operators can stay at their stations. Print picking lists, select products for Builders, and ensure timely and accurate delivery to the line Place product in plastic bins, organize on rolling carts, and facilitate smooth handoff to Builders once orders are complete Required Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience with product picking and material handling Computer skills including data entry and Excel Strong Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team Ability to follow written instructions and navigate computer software programs Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and move for a full shift Lift up to 35 lbs unassisted and up to 65+ lbs with team assistance What happens next?
