In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our metalworking machinery operates efficiently and effectively. If you have a passion for machinery and a knack for troubleshooting, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Operate and monitor metalworking machines to produce high-quality parts. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications. Handle heavy materials safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve any operational issues. Document production data and machine performance metrics accurately. Qualifications Proven experience as a Metal Machine Operator or similar role. Strong equipment troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation. Experience with heavy material handling and safety practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
