Final Assembler•1st shift
Location:
Elk Grove Village, IL Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM•3:00
PM Pay:
$18•19/hour (based on experience) Goodwill TalentBridge is seeking two Final Assemblers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy hands-on work in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Follow verbal and written instructions to assemble components accurately Perform tasks such as de-paneling, inserting and placing components, and preforming parts Use hand tools including pliers, screwdrivers, and other basic assembly tools Enter production data using scanners or keyboards in the Tango system Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Identify and report quality issues or damaged materials promptly Complete additional duties as assigned by your supervisor Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of assembly experience Ability to read and understand English instructions Basic computer skills and shop math knowledge Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset Reliable, motivated, and able to meet daily production goals Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours per assignment) Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform stooping, squatting, and reaching Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment Apply Today If you are looking for a consistent role where you can contribute to a team and build on your skills, we encourage you to apply.
