Flavor Compounder

Job Title:

Flavor Compounder The Flavor Compounder will play a crucial role in the Flavor Creation and Applications groups by preparing and compounding samples for revision trial runs, application flavor samples, and outgoing sample requests. This role also involves general maintenance of the Flavor Creation lab and managing supply stock. Responsibilities Accurately weigh and use scales for precise measurements. Organize and maintain the raw material library. Clean and maintain the work area to ensure a safe and orderly environment. Prepare compounded flavor samples for customers according to company standards. Manage miscellaneous inventories for the lab area. Assist in inventory control and issue purchase orders for supply inventory. Assist with simple applications as needed by flavorists. Perform scale calibration and accurate measurement. Read and follow recipe instructions carefully. Essential Skills Proficiency in laboratory skills. Strong math skills, including conversions and percentages. Experience using a scale to weigh ingredients. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hoffman Estates, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
