Full Job Description Job Title:

Machine Operator Overview Summary Summit Staffing is seeking Machine Operators to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring product quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

$18 - $19hour Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment according to production specifications. Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products from production lines. Inspect products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation. Follow all workplace safety policies, GMP, and procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas. Meet daily production goals and performance standards. Skills & Experience Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math and measurement skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment. Experience in packaging or manufacturing environments is a plus Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating production, packaging, or cutting machinery. Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment. Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
