Operations Technician (Batch Mixer) - North Aurora, IL 8AM-4:30PM

MONDAY-FRIDAY

$22-$25/hr Job Description We are seeking an Operations Technician with hands-on manufacturing experience to join a growing team in a food, pharmaceutical, or flavoring environment. This role offers the opportunity to advance into a lead position within approximately 6 months based on performance. Responsibilities Perform day-to-day manufacturing of sweet flavor products, including compounding liquid and powder batches. Accurately measure and weigh raw materials. Operate and sanitize manufacturing equipment in compliance with safety and quality standards. Complete documentation and material tracking using tablet-based systems (scanning and recording raw materials). Follow all GMP, safety, and sanitation procedures. Essential Skills Prior experience in manufacturing, ideally in food, pharmaceutical, or coloring/flavoring environments. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes. Ability to read and write in English. High attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to grow into a lead-type role. Additional Skills & Qualifications OSHA 10 certification. PCQI certification. Work Environment Work in a clean, temperature-controlled environment within a smaller team of about 10 production/warehouse staff, expected to double. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
