Day Responsibilities:
Arrive each day on time Ability to use Kanban workflow for optimal build performance Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, schedules, rules, procedures, etc. Ability to read, interpret, and preform from various documents, including method sheets, assembly drawings, production reports, safety rules, print shop schedules, blueprints, Kanban cards/boards, operating maintenance instruction and procedure manuals, etc. Ability to properly identify components and gain extensive parts knowledge Perform all assembly operations on any of the assembly lines using standard work and OMS guides Build pre-assemblies for stations requiring these assemblies Restock materials as needed Perform quality checks on parts and products using standard work and OMS guides Basic math and computer skills Uphold the MS Companies' standard of quality and service
Job Qualifications:
Ability to stand in manufacturing environment for up to 10-12 hours and lift up to 30 lbs Flexibility to work overtime as required Compliance with policies and governmental regulations
