Job Description

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Set-Up Technician to join our production team and help us maintain efficient, high-quality operations.
Shifts:
Monday - Friday 7:00AM to 3:00PM Monday - Friday 3:00PM to 11:00
PM Key Responsibilities:
Set up and prepare machines and equipment for daily production runs. Perform changeovers, adjustments, and calibrations according to production specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of setups, maintenance, and production data. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus. 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or machine setup role recommended. Perform basic welding tasks as needed for equipment setup, repair, or fabrication. Basic Robot experience recommended. Welding experience required (MIG/TIG/Stick preferred). Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

$21.39 - $25.15 per hour
