Position Overview:

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Laser Cutter Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll operate and maintain laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality materials used in custom jerseys, patches, and other apparel.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate laser cutting machines Load and align materials accurately (twills and fabrics) Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of laser equipment Inspect final products for precision and quality Work collaboratively with design and production staff to meet deadlines Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

Prior experience operating a laser/CAD cutter (preferred) Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar software (preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications Ability to work independently and in a team setting High school diploma or equivalent Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus): Experience in garment production, embroidery, or screen printing Familiarity with vector editing and digitizing software Creative problem-solving and mechanical aptitude Matching 401K and paid vacation
