Job Description
Pay rate:
$20.60 - $22.10 Shifts available: First and Third What You'll Do Operate and set up extrusion machines, mixers, and blenders Prepare pigments and materials for runs Perform machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting Record production data in computer-controlled systems Inspect products and adjust machines as needed Maintain and clean equipment Move finished materials to shipping (lifting up to 50 lbs) What You Need 2+ years machine operating experience Experience with extrusion equipment Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills 1+ year quality control experience English communication and basic computer skills Powder coating or mixer/blender experience is a plus Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Charles, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $22.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
