This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a long-term career in manufacturing. Training will be provided for candidates with a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. This role involves operating and supporting plastic injection molding machines while ensuring product quality, accurate counts, and a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities Remove plastic parts from injection molding machines Inspect plastic parts for defects, discoloration, texture changes, and quality issues Count, label, and package finished products accurately Record production counts and rejected parts Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures Maintain clean and organized work areas Support production goals and assist with additional tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or injection molding experience preferred Entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to count and maintain accurate production records Strong attention to detail and quality Good attendance and reliability required Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed Hand dexterity to trim and handle plastic parts Ability to hear machine alarms and respond accordingly Strong visual ability to inspect plastic products for defects and conformity Why Apply?
