Full Job Description Machine Operator Location:

Springfield, IL Pay:

$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic printing machines Ensure machinery is running properly and ready for production Pull materials and load jobs into production equipment Place raw materials into machines for printing operations Monitor machine performance and production quality Follow safety and quality procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and work ethic

Physical Requirements:

Stand for the duration of the shift Frequent walking and movement throughout the facility Moderate lifting of 30-50 pounds Bending, crouching, reaching, stretching, and repetitive hand movements Ability to manipulate small objects and materials Things to
