You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control. 3 years of CNC set up experience required.
Responsibilities:
Performs job functions under limited direct supervision. Has the expertise to set up a CNC, Screw Machine (SM), Grinder or Manual Machine (MM) to produce a part depicted on a drawing. Operates a variety of machines in a safe and productive manner. Produces parts according to work specifications. Conduct in-process inspection checks and throughout process to verify performance. Maintain product identification of all materials released to them at all stages of completion. Reports completion of parts quantities, scrap and other identified statistics Maintains contact with Lead/Supervisor to notify level of material completion and process product concerns/defects. Cleans and Inspects parts that run through process. Pack good parts according to print specifications. ​
Qualifications:
Qualified to use forklift is a plus (Certified by HFR in-house trainer) . Effective at communicating status and requirements to complete jobs efficiently. Works well with others in the production environment Familiarity with plant tools and equipment Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Ability to handle physical workload and lift up to 50 pounds 3 years of CNC set up experience required Vertical machining centers, Lathe and Swiss, 5Axis experience please Apply with resume only, please NO phone calls Salary starts at $20.00 per hour Salary varies based on experience.
