Hours:

1st shift: 7am - 3:30pm (Training) 2nd shift: 3pm - 11:30pm (Once fully trained)

Pay:

$20.50 per hour while training on 1st shift $1.00 per hour. attendance bonus for working 40 hour work week $1.50 per hour incentive once fully trained

Nut Forming:

Setup and operates single and /or multiple cold heading machines to produce quality products Plan and perform close tolerance setups with little or no assistance Use scales, micrometers, dial indicators and fixed gages to check and gage work Load and unload product in the process using a forklift Must be able to read and follow process standards, control plans and work instructions Start machine, observes operation, inspects first run and sample work piece to ensure part conforms to specifications Remove and install specified tooling at changeovers and make all necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

Steel toed or composite shoes Glasses and ear plugs, will be provided Uniforms, 5 will be provided. They will be ordered 2 weeks after starting through Pro. Once DH'd, you will receive 11 sets. Before receiving uniforms, you will be required to wear clothes that you are okay with getting dirty/oily - long pants, short or long-sleeve shirt

Instructions:

Arrive 5 minutes early on 1st day, enter through employee entrance door near picnic tables and wait in break room until supervisor comes Will get a 30 minute lunch break. Vending machines, refrigerators, and microwaves are provided #portland
