Manufacturing Operator Lamiflex is a global leader in advanced composite and plastic solutions, serving industries such as packaging, film, and materials handling. Our Borden, Indiana facility plays a key role in supporting U.S. manufacturing operations. Position Summary The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of plastic injection, extrusion, and lamination machinery. This role ensures production meets quality and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with logistics and production teams. This position is for the night shift. Key Responsibilities
- Operate injection, extrusion, and lamination equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance and inspections.
- Conduct quality checks on products.
- Package, label, and palletize finished goods.
- Collaborate with logistics and production personnel. What We're Looking For
- Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and attendance.
- Mechanical aptitude with ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a production environment.
