About the Role We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to operate and maintain precision machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality parts. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in blueprint reading, precision measuring instruments, and machine maintenance to contribute to our manufacturing operations. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining production standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate Hydromat machinery, ensuring efficient production of precision parts. Interpret technical drawings and schematics to meet part specifications and quality standards. Conduct quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments to verify accuracy and tolerances. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine malfunctions to minimize downtime. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety standards. Document production data and hourly part checks to maintain accurate records. Qualifications Familiarity with CNC machinery and tooling. Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and blueprint reading. Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills 1-2 years of experience in a CNC manufacturing environment. Vocational training or certifications in CNC machining.
