Assemble or install truck body and van components using hand and power tools Rotate across workstations and support team-based production Follow work orders and safety standards to meet quality and performance targets Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 5S/Lean initiatives Assist with material handling and other tasks as needed What you need to be successful: High School Diploma or GED; valid driver's license required 12+ months of manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive/RV/boat industry Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing, reaching) Skilled in using air/power tools and reading tape measures to 1/16"
