Job Description

Our client is an innovation startup manufacturer in advanced materials, focused on transforming the future of construction. The company develops high-performance building products made from recycled materials that are designed to outperform traditional options in durability, moisture resistance, and long-term sustainability. They are seeking a diligent Machine Operator to join the Operations/Production team. This role involves running and maintaining injection molding and palletizing equipment to ensure products meet quality standards and are ready for shipment. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, mechanically adept, and committed to safety and continuous improvement. Operate and monitor injection molding machines to produce parts per production schedules and quality standards. Operate automated palletizing equipment to ensure proper stacking and secure preparation for storage or shipment. Set up, start, stop, and adjust equipment; perform routine maintenance and inspect for proper setup and safe operation. Inspect molded parts and packaged materials for dimensional, functional, and cosmetic quality; measure finished products using gauges and inspection tools. Maintain accurate production records including quantities, downtime, scrap, rework, and quality data. Requirements Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work well in a team. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment; quick learner for machine setup and operation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Soft skills:
good communication, problem-solving, and reliability; able to manage time and meet production deadlines. Shift Details The position will be 12 hours to start on night shift 7pm to 7 am. Monday- Thursday. The first week of training will be done on day shift, 8am to 4:30pm.
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
