Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Ability to read blueprints. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. If required, must possess or be able to obtain the necessary equipment operation certification or licenses. Prior experience operating equipment and machinery in a transportation, warehousing, or manufacturing setting desired but not required. ...
