12-Hour Rotating Shifts 7-7 (Days or Nights) Union-must be willing to switch shifts at any time Job Overview We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Machine Operators to join our team in a heavy industrial foundry environment. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure quality output, efficiency, and workplace safety. The position is hands-on, fast-paced, and physically active, making it a great fit for individuals who enjoy working with machinery and being part of a strong team. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with consistent hours and built-in overtime. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery according to procedures Perform routine checks to ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently Load raw materials and remove finished products Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed Maintain production records and documentation Perform basic troubleshooting and communicate issues to maintenance Keep work areas clean and organized Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements Work Environment Heavy industrial / foundry setting Hot temperatures and demanding conditions Standing for long periods Regular lifting up to 50 lbs Team-oriented, fast-paced production floor Schedule Details (Rotating 12s) This position follows a rotating union schedule with built-in overtime: Short Week (36 hours): Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday Long Week (48 hours): Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Includes 8 hours of overtime each week. Must be flexible to switch between day and night shifts as required.
