Temp-to-Hire Job Summary:

As a Production Operator, you'll be cross-trained across multiple departments—including packaging, duct, and machine operation—helping the team meet daily production goals while learning new skills and contributing to a collaborative workplace.

Job Duties:

Cross-train in packaging, duct, and machine operator departments Operate production machinery safely and efficiently Work with team members to meet daily production targets Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency Maintain a clean and organized work area

Pay:

$16.00 per hour Pay increase available upon permanent hire

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Experience or Skill Requirements:

No experience required training provided!
