$14.25 Job Summary The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing output. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate production machinery in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products as required Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues to maintenance or supervision Maintain accurate production records and documentation Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Follow all company policies and procedures Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of production or manufacturing experience required Prior machine operating experience preferred Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic measurements Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable and punctual Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed Ability to perform repetitive tasks and motions Interview Right Now!About Express Employment Professionals:
