Job Description
Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated professional for our 1st or 2nd shift production team. This position offers a competitive pay rate ranging from $19.50 to $22.50 per hour. Required Experience At least one year of practical mechanical experience gained in a production facility. Primary Duties Configure and run production equipment while prioritizing workplace safety. Help maintain operational efficiency by accurately tracking scrap and finalizing daily rework tasks. Gain proficiency in managing individual workstations across all machinery. Minimize downtime by quickly resolving errors and getting equipment back online. Maintain high standards by conducting consistent quality checks. Support the production team by immediately reporting any quality concerns to leadership.
