Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team for a company located in Fort Wayne, IN. This position involves preparing products for shipment, testing game consoles, and performing light assembly tasks using small hand tools. Candidates must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
Shift and Compensation Pay:
$14.00
Hours:
7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday Job Duties Fold and assemble boxes for product packaging and shipment. Test game consoles and verify proper functionality. Use small hand tools such as pliers, wire strippers, side cutters, and similar equipment. Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure accuracy. Perform basic measurements using a tape measure. Complete simple mathematical calculations as needed. Inspect products for defects and maintain attention to detail throughout the production process. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with other production and packaging duties as assigned. Background Profile Qualifications Basic math skills required. Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure. Experience using small hand tools preferred. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. • Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours per shift. Frequent use of hands for assembly and testing tasks. Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the workday. #FortWayne
