In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and mixing raw materials to produce high-quality compounds and batches that meet strict specifications. Your expertise will ensure smooth production flow, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP). This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment where precision, efficiency, and teamwork drive success. Duties Accurately measure, weigh, and combine raw materials according to batch recipes and production schedules Operate mixing equipment, blenders, and machining tools safely and efficiently Maintain proper documentation of batch records, including ingredient quantities and process parameters Ensure materials are handled properly within the warehouse and production areas, utilizing forklift equipment as needed Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity Assist with packaging of finished products, ensuring quality standards are met Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to uphold safety and cleanliness standards in line with CGMP guidelines Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing or laboratory settings is highly desirable Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and materials handling procedures Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus Familiarity with CGMP regulations relevant to pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing environments Experience with laboratory testing or quality control processes is beneficial Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Warehouse experience or machining background is advantageous but not required Join our team and be part of a forward-thinking company dedicated to innovation and quality!
