This role requires high attention to detail to ensure products meet strict customer specifications and quality standards

Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation:

Set up and operate production machinery (such as slitting or winding machines) according to specific job orders and technical drawings.

Quality Control:

Perform regular inspections of finished products using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, and tape measures) to ensure compliance with tolerances.

Material Handling:

Load large rolls of material onto machines and unload finished products. This includes heavy pushing, pulling, and lifting of rolls.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate production logs, including material usage, waste tracking, and quality check results in the computer system.

Troubleshooting:

Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to prevent defects or mechanical downtime.

Safety & Housekeeping:

Adhere to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards).. ...

Previous experience in a manufacturing or "web-handling" environment (working with continuous rolls of paper, film, or foil). Experience with precision measurement tools. Familiarity with ISO quality standards or Lean Manufacturing principles.
