With incredibly talented, creative and experienced staff, we provide the most advanced, state-of-the-art technologies, equipment, processes, software and customer service techniques that are available in the world today. We produce millions of license plates annually encompassing thousands of different designs.
Responsibilities:
As Machine Operator, the candidate will report directly to Plant Supervisor and will be responsible for: Managing the day-to-day production requirements for the equipment, ensuring proper procedures are followed and deliverables stay on schedule to meet or exceed customer expectations Set-up and changeover of the equipment and production orders Work with other operators Working directly with the technical support group for the equipment Run the Production Orders in their correct priority sequence. Check the details specified on each order, during setup and running Prepare orders for shipping Perform quality checks of process Ensure safe work practices and procedures are being followed and required certificates are kept up to date Ability to effectively react to change and undertake other tasks as assigned.
What You Bring:
Mechanical aptitude and a keen ability to troubleshoot issues Proficient with Microsoft office Suite and comfortable working in a network environment Three (3) years of production experience in a manufacturing environment Strong work ethic with reliable attendance for this Production-On-Demand operation Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage timelines Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven background in quality, safety
