Assembly Worker

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a factory environment, supporting the assembly and production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to operate various tools and equipment efficiently. This position is vital to ensuring smooth production flow and maintaining high-quality standards within our manufacturing facility. Duties Operate assembly lines and assist in the manufacturing process to meet production targets Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment to assemble components accurately Conduct quality checks on products throughout the production process Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to adhere to safety standards Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas Troubleshooting when necessary Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during operations Qualifications Ability to work efficiently on an assembly line for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Basic understanding of safety procedures within a manufacturing setting

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
