Job Description

Foamcraft is the leader in foam fabrication and has been for decades. We are looking for individuals to join our family as Fiber Saw Operators at our Goshen, Indiana location. Foamcraft was founded in 1952. Now, 70 years later, Foamcraft has grown from one small foam shop in downtown Indianapolis to five facilities across Indiana. This role starts at $15 an hour. Employees may be eligible for increases in the first year based on performance.
Key responsibilities will include:
Cutting fiber with accuracy and in the correct quantity, and with good yield. Drawing patterns and marking fiber as directed. Organizing cut materials in a neat and orderly fashion. Lifting and moving materials with proper techniques. Observing all safety rules and regulations. An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards their coworkers and their job. They must have an ability to interpret dimensions and perform quick math tasks, while focusing on safety. They must be able to understand and follow all company policies and regulations. This is considered "light" manufacturing and we will provide training. Must be able to read a tape measure.
